Green Gobbler Ultimate Main Line Drain Opener — 64 fl oz
Product description
High-density formula: The Ultimate Main Line Opener comes as a single 64 fl oz jug of thick, enzyme-enhanced liquid that is formulated to sink through standing water and cling to pipe interiors so it can act on blockages.
What it dissolves: The enzyme and surfactant blend attacks grease, cooking oils, hair, soap scum, organic waste, baby wipes and other paper products. The formulation is intended both to clear existing clogs and to be used periodically as preventive maintenance.
Compatibility and safety: The product is designed to be tough on clogs yet gentle on common plumbing materials and septic systems when used according to directions. It is odorless, non-flammable and presented as a safer alternative to caustic chemical cleaners, though spills on finished surfaces should be wiped up promptly.
How to use: Pour the recommended dose directly into the affected drain, run hot water to help activate the enzymes and let the solution sit for the suggested period. For main-line or heavy blockages, repeated applications and added heat (hot water) can accelerate the process. Rinse thoroughly after treatment and avoid mixing with other chemical drain products.
Guarantee: The maker stands behind the product with a customer satisfaction policy and offers support and refunds within the stated guarantee window if the product does not meet expectations.

Cleared long-hair clog with minimal product
Solved a long-hair clog using a fraction of the suggested amount. Leftover product for future maintenance.

Surpassed other cleaners
I’m picky about ratings and this earned mine. One treatment cleared what repeated attempts with other products could not. Pour the directed amount, let it sit overnight, then flush with as-hot-as-you-can water. It’s odorless; wipe any spills quickly because it can affect finished surfaces.

Worth it — keeps mainlines healthy
Several neighbors replaced their mainlines and it was costly. I now treat mine every six weeks and the drains have stayed clean; a visiting plumber even said the pipes looked very good. I plan to keep using it regularly.

Works on stubborn bathroom sink clogs — be patient
Applied to a very slow bathroom sink clogged with soap, toothpaste and hair. Poured a quart with hot water, let it sit half a day, snaked, repeated the remaining quart and by the next morning the drain was clear. Slower than a quick chemical blast but effective.

Not impressed — slow and repeat treatments
It didn’t have a strong smell and did clear my clog eventually, but I needed multiple treatments and a long wait. I expected faster results.

Cleared heavy kitchen disposal lines; septic-safe
Used it on two sinks with garbage disposals and a busy guest-house kitchen. Years of grease, ground meat bits and fermentation residue had built up. Because we’re on a septic system I picked this enzyme option and it removed the buildup without harming the septic or the disposals.

Effective, but slow — needs heat and time
It performs well if you accept that it’s not instant. The enzyme-heavy liquid requires hot water to activate and can take several days to work through a heavy mainline clog of paper, waste and grease. I poured the jug into my basement washer drain, ran hot water upstream, left it for six days, and it eventually cleared the line.

Disappointed after multiple bottles
After using four containers I couldn’t clear a stubborn toilet. My partner and I are seniors on a fixed income and needed this to work; we followed the instructions and poured the full bottle but saw no improvement.

Finally cleared a long-standing clog
Had a clog for 6–8 months. I applied it overnight; the flush the next morning wasn’t perfect, but after a few more hours the clog fully cleared. Very pleased with the outcome.

Seems to do the job — cleared bidet and connected fixtures
After hosting guests the bidet and several sinks drained slowly. I left the product in the slow bidet for 24 hours and rinsed with hot water; it cleared nicely and nearby fixtures on the same line improved as well.

On-time delivery and good performance
Arrival was timely and although the box was slightly damaged the product was fine. It delivered good results on our drains — I recommend it.

Product works, and customer service impressed me
The blockage didn’t shift in my situation, but the company was excellent on the phone, offered solutions and refunded me when I wasn’t satisfied. I’ll try other products from them based on that experience.
