On my Salt Lake City breakfast tour I’m focusing mostly on newer spots, but a few favorites that feel fresh to the valley still make the list. One of those is Beaumont. I picked up a breakfast burrito there recently and knew it deserved a mention.

I love Beaumont for two main reasons: convenience and freshness. If you spend time recreating in the Wasatch, Beaumont is one of the best places to fuel up before heading out. I often grab a breakfast burrito on my way up the canyon before a big ski day. The drive-through keeps things quick and accessible without compromising quality. Unlike many greasy fast options that leave me feeling heavy, Beaumont’s food holds up well even when I’m about to be active.

The breakfast burrito is packed with fresh eggs, bacon, avocado, roasted corn and bell peppers. What really elevates it is the sauce—good burritos are all about the sauce—and Beaumont’s creamy tomatillo dressing brings bright, balanced flavor that ties everything together.

Located between 3900 and 4500 South on Wasatch Boulevard, Beaumont offers more than breakfast burritos. Their coffee and pastries are solid, and dishes like the burrata salad are consistently excellent. Because the food is reliable and the atmosphere appealing, the place draws a crowd, especially on weekends. If you only need coffee and a pastry, the quick grab-and-go or drive-through options make that easy. If you plan to sit and enjoy the patio or interior, expect a short wait on busy mornings.
With a welcoming patio, tasteful interior, and dependable menu, Beaumont is an excellent stop before a day on the mountain or a casual morning out. I highly recommend it for fresh, convenient breakfast and coffee.
