HOOBRO 2-Tier Mobile Printer Stand — Under-Desk Cart (White)
Product description
Purpose and layout: This HOOBRO printer stand provides two open shelf levels to place a copier, laser printer or other office machine beside your workspace. Its design keeps the scanner/copier within reach so you can print, scan or copy while seated, and the shelves free up tabletop space by storing reams of paper, cartridges, stamps and clips.
Construction and materials: The rack combines a powder-coated iron frame with P2-rated chipboard panels for the shelving. Thick black metal legs and under-shelf support rods reinforce the structure to improve durability and stability under load.
Dimensions and load capacity: Overall footprint measures 19.1" x 15.7" x 14.4" (L x W x H). The top shelf is rated to carry up to 88 lb, suitable for most desktop printers, while the lower shelf supports up to 33 lb for supplies and accessories.
Mobility and fixing: Two included lockable casters make the cart easy to roll into position and then lock in place to act as a stationary stand. If you prefer a fixed unit, wheel locks keep it from moving while in use.
What’s included: The package contains the two-tier cart, two lockable casters, assembly hardware and an instruction guide. It’s intended for straightforward home or office setup and is sized to fit under many desks and sit flush beside workstations.
Pros
- Sturdy iron frame and supported shelves
- Compact footprint fits under most desks
- Lockable casters for mobility or stability
Cons
- Top panel sometimes delivered in two pieces
- Some dowel connections can feel less rigid
- Adjustable height can introduce minor wobble
VerdictA practical under-desk printer cart that balances strength and portability. The metal frame and P2 chipboard shelves hold heavy office machines and supplies, while lockable wheels offer mobility or stability. Simple assembly and clean styling make it a useful addition for tight workstations.

Easy build but top lacks stiffness
Assembly was painless, but the small dowels make the top shelf feel a bit less rigid. Still holds my Epson with no problem.

Name aside, it performs well

Slightly shaky but workable
A bit unstable as-is; tightening the middle posts prevents height adjustment. My 3D printer sits on it so I'll brace it to reduce movement.

Very easy to assemble; small gripe
Put together in no time and all parts were included. Quality is good. My only complaint: the top comes in two pieces instead of a single board.

Attractive finish and genuinely simple to assemble. Feels solid for the cost, wheels roll smoothly, and it tucks under my desk without crowding. A practical, durable piece that also looks tidy.

Handy under-desk caddy
Fits perfectly beneath my adjustable desk and pulls out easily for access. Heavy enough to be stable but still portable when needed; top matches my desk nicely.

Strong, quick to set up
Arrived well packed with spanner and Allen key. Took about 15 minutes to assemble. Plenty of storage, adjustable top height and lockable casters — very satisfied.

Useful cart with a little wiggle
Easy to assemble — keep bolts loose until aligned then tighten. Used for a heat press and it wobbles a bit where adjustable, but still overall sturdy. Fake woodgrain looks surprisingly good.
