Slapper came off after a few weeks
Liked the length and fiberglass shaft. It worked at first, but the slapper began to fray and detach. I tied and glued it, then wired it on; hopeful it stays. For the cost it's okay, but durability could be improved.

Not suitable for serious riding
I laughed when I opened it. A tap barely registered—too limp for riding. It lacks heft and won’t stow in my boot well. I bought a heftier crop elsewhere that works for my horses.

Enjoyable sound and sensation
Simple design but very arousing. The smack noise is intense and satisfying; well worth it to me.

Works for bedroom play
Not bought for riding but for bedroom fun. My partner enjoyed it and asked for it. Not professional-grade, but it did the job for us.

Wouldn't repurchase
Snapped after one use and didn’t deliver much force.

Fun novelty with the grandkids
I use it playfully to chase my grandkids—no harm intended; it gets their attention. It feels well made and would suit a young 4H student or as a novelty.

Bought for my horse but different from pictures
Got the 27-inch fuchsia; it arrived coiled and took time to straighten. The tip was a paddle, not the thin loop shown, so I trimmed it. Wrist strap is fabric rope, not leather. It rides fine, but it isn’t exactly as pictured.
