Installation and use
Designed for inside installation so no drilling into exterior walls or the window sill is required. Assemble the bracket using a screwdriver and the supplied fasteners, position it in the window, and extend the arms to engage the frame. Rubberized feet help stabilize the unit and reduce movement. The system provides support on both interior and exterior sides to take stress off the sash and sill.

Not well planned for some windows
Arms didn’t sit in my window channel and left about a 1.5 in gap under the AC with no easy seal. Outer arms needed extra support so I ended up screwing into the siding, which I didn’t want to do.

Misleading minimum width — actually ~30 in
Photos claim arms compress to 24 in but they only shrink to about 29.75 in. My 25–27 in window won’t work, so after assembly I was disappointed. Plan on a minimum ~30 in opening.

Second purchase for another room. Very sturdy and I feel confident the AC won't drop. I used foam to seal gaps and keep bugs out.
