- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons unflavored protein isolate powder
- 3/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- dash of salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 4 tablespoons soft butter

- Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl.
