I’m so glad January is behind us. It always feels like the longest, dreariest month. With brighter days ahead, I’m excited about next week’s menu—there are so many favorites lined up.
One that I’m especially excited to make again is the Skillet Chicken Tikka Masala. If you try it, consider pairing it with a simple soft flatbread for dipping—you’ll be glad you did.
Fair warning about the caramel stuffed rice krispie treats: they’re dangerously addictive. If you’re working on a healthier routine, you might want to skip making them. Or don’t—just send a batch my way😉.
