2-in-1 Cat & Small Dog Pill Shooter and Liquid Dispenser
Product description
Two functions in one tool — this piller serves as both a tablet shooter and a liquid medicine dispenser. It is designed to accept solid tablets up to 0.4 inch in diameter; larger pills may be trimmed to fit. Using one device eliminates juggling pill pockets, separate oral syringes, and single-purpose poppers.
What you receive is a single 6-inch dosing instrument with a split silicone tip and an internal plunger. The tip is made from soft silicone for gentler contact with the pet’s mouth, while the barrel and plunger are molded plastic for lightweight handling. The compact length and hand-friendly design make it easy to maneuver in small mouths.
The anti-drop silicone tip is bonded to the barrel so it won’t slip off during use, avoiding the common problem of chasing or recoiling when a tip detaches. That secure connection also reduces the risk of a pet biting loose the tip during an attempt to medicate.
Sized for cats, kittens, puppies and small-breed dogs, the 6-inch tool features a double-ear handle for a secure grip and good control. It’s practical for multi-pet homes, hobby breeders, and rescue environments where quick, repeatable dosing is needed.
The plunger travels smoothly to deposit the pill or liquid at the back of the throat, helping to minimize spitting or gagging when used correctly. The same basic method is used in many veterinary settings, and the design has been adopted by shelters and clinics for repeat oral medication.
Pros
- Two-in-one tablet and liquid dosing
- Secure silicone split tip resists detachment
- Compact 6-inch size with controlled plunger
Cons
- Technique required — takes practice
- May not hold every pill shape securely
- Lightweight plastic can feel flimsy
VerdictThis compact 2-in-1 piller is useful for owners who need a single tool for solids and liquids. The secure silicone tip prevents detachment during use and the plunger moves smoothly for controlled delivery. There is a learning curve and some pets resist, and the plastic feels lightweight, but many users and clinics adopt the same technique for regular dosing.

Didn't work for me
This one wouldn't secure my pill — it kept slipping out and never delivered. Ended up useless for my needs.

Lifesaver for tiny tabs
Finally managed to get my cat to accept small chemo tabs with this — it was the only thing that worked for us.

Feels cheap
The plastic seems flimsy and not very durable. It doesn't inspire confidence for long-term use.

Gentle for a sore mouth
For my cat with a painful mouth this soft-tipped popper made dosing less traumatic. I couldn’t force pills normally, but this was much gentler and fits many pill sizes.

Nice build but not for my dog
I like the size and design, but my small dog snaps and spits before the pill reaches the back. Fingers still feel too close for comfort.

Does the job
Holds tablets well when you can reach deep enough. If the tip gets the pill past the tongue it usually stays put. First tries are rough but it speeds up. Wrapping the cat in a towel helps control them.

Still difficult
Tried multiple times and I still had trouble getting pills into my cat. Technique didn't solve it for me.

Not what I expected
Thought it would reliably shoot tablets but it seems geared toward soft or liquid meds. The tip didn’t hold pills and they tended to fall or dribble out. Might be user error, but it wasn’t my experience.
