- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 1 pound sandwich steaks, thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 Tablespoon corn starch
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cups penne pasta, heaping
- 1 1/4 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large sauté pan over medium‑high heat.
