Ginger Beer Cocktail

This drink blends the ginger-forward spark of a Moscow Mule with the bright, bubbly character of a spritz. Instead of sparkling wine, it uses pomegranate Italian soda to keep things light, tangy, and seasonally red. The result is an easy cocktail that balances spice, citrus, and herbal notes.

As with any simple cocktail, quality ingredients make all the difference: choose a flavorful ginger beer, a good-quality vodka, and fresh herbs.

How to make a Ginger Beer Pomegranate Cocktail

  1. In a mixing glass, add ice, a few mint leaves, and a sprig of thyme. Gently muddle the herbs to release their aroma.
  2. Add ginger beer, pomegranate soda (or juice), fresh lime juice, and vodka. Stir to combine.
  3. Pour into a fresh glass over ice and garnish with a lime wedge, extra mint, and a sprinkle of pomegranate seeds.

Even if this year’s celebrations are smaller, you can still serve something special. Cheers to a bright and festive holiday season.
