Soft Comfort CorPak Hot & Cold Therapy Pack — 10 x 13, 2-Pack
Product description
This offering includes two 10 x 13 inch Soft Comfort CorPak hot-and-cold therapy pads (commonly sold as model ACC-551). They are manufactured in the United States and arrive as a convenient pair so one can be chilled while the other is heated or in use.
Each pad is filled with a food-grade gel blend — propylene glycol (USP grade), bentonite clay, and water — that provides thermal mass yet remains soft. The exterior cover is constructed from a blend of wood pulp, polyester and a polyolefin alloy film, producing a soft-touch surface that is tolerant of direct skin contact and resists forming frost or perspiration on the outside.
For heat therapy: keep a pack at room temperature and warm it briefly in a microwave to relax muscles and encourage local circulation. For cold therapy: store a pack in the freezer and apply it to swollen or sore areas immediately; the gel formula stays flexible so the pad conforms to knees, shoulders, and other joints. The unique fill is engineered to maintain a therapeutic temperature for roughly 20 minutes per application.
Other practical details: the product is latex-free and reusable for multiple cycles of heating and freezing. The pads are substantial in size to cover larger areas, can be folded or wrapped to target specific spots, and the no-frost exterior minimizes dripping or wetness during use.

High quality and ideal for knees
Plenty of gel filling so it stays cold longer and the pad keeps a good thermal mass. It remains pliable straight from the freezer, making it easy to wrap and reposition. The tri-fold shape conforms well to the full knee area even when bent.

A decade-long go-to
We’ve owned one for over ten years and it’s always been a reliable freezer pack. It’s malleable and doesn’t dig in like solid ice.

Quietly excellent
At first I hesitated because of the look, but it’s been one of my most effective packs. It holds cold a long time and naturally hugs my shoulder — I can tuck it in a pillowcase and it stays put.

Soft, flexible option for migraine relief
I place these inside my pillowcase during migraine attacks. They don’t sweat or wet my pillow and are comfortable to keep against my head.

Real relief after a fractured shoulder
After breaking my shoulder these pads were a game changer. The clay-like fill soothes well and I can use hot or cold as needed. Having two is handy — one chilled and one ready to heat — and when microwaving I add a cloth until it cools a bit.

Reliable long-term performer
I bought my first in 2011 and it’s still intact with no leaks or frost buildup. It stays flexible from the freezer and keeps cold for many uses. Made in the USA is an added bonus for me.

Long-lasting chill and good coverage
Large enough to cover a wide area so you don’t keep shifting it. Stays cold for an extended period. I didn’t try warming it, but the cover feels soft and resists sweating.

Comfortable fit for neck and shoulders
These are soft once broken in and fit nicely around my neck and over my shoulders. They required a brief break-in but now work well.

Excellent cold therapy packs
They hold cold for a long time and mold to limbs while remaining flexible. My two-pack has lasted three years and still looks like new.

Did the job after my knee surgery
Used these after knee replacement — they mold nicely and keep cold for a solid stretch. They’re thick and a bit heavy but effective.

Essential for my knees and arm
This is my third purchase. I keep several on hand for knee and arm relief. Very flexible and restores mobility when cold.
