Ultralight Waterproof Tent Footprint Tarp — Camping Groundsheet
Product description
Included in the package is one tent footprint and a small stuff sack for storage and transport.
The fabric is 190T polyester treated to PU3000mm waterproofing and woven with a ripstop pattern to resist spreading tears. The material is designed to be light while keeping moisture out of your sleeping area.
Construction features include high-duty metal grommets at stake points, extended and thickened attachment straps, and reinforced seam stitching. These elements help the groundsheet cope with abrasion from rough ground and common campsite hazards like sticks and small rocks.
Use it beneath your tent as a protective floor layer to block moisture and reduce wear. It also works as a hammock underlayer, a beach mat, an emergency shelter tarp, or general-purpose ground cover—stake it out or drape it as needed.
Five size options are offered to fit various tents and hammocks: 33" x 80", 56" x 80", 80" x 80", 104" x 80", and 116.5" x 104". Choose the size that best matches your tent footprint or hammock setup.

Decent for Makeshift Car Cover
Used as an ad-hoc car cover in strong winds and it held up, though the grommets have begun to corrode.

Handy for a Sailboat Boom-Tent
I fashioned a boom-tent on my 11' dinghy with this tarp. Sturdy, plenty of grommets for bungee cord, color balances heat and visibility, and it folds down very small. No problems so far.

Thin but Functional
Performs the basic job, but the material feels quite thin—I'm concerned it might tear with heavy abrasion.

Tarp-Like Material; Usable
Thinner than I expected and feels like a tarp fly. Good for sleeping under the stars to keep gear clean. Seams look fine; haven’t tested long-term waterproofing.
