Strap failure disappointed me
Bought it for my new tent and it fit, but one strap tore right away. Not a major tear, but I'm unhappy with the workmanship and wouldn't recommend this quality level.

Looks well made, not used yet
Haven't used it yet, but it appears well constructed and similar to my old footprint. Should keep the floor dry and protected. Includes stakes; I'll update after a month of use.

Right shape but thinner than expected
Acts like a tarp and the round 20ft size is handy. However it’s thinner than I hoped and is poly rather than canvas. Works, but not what I wanted — three stars.

Got the incorrect size; support was poor
Ordered the 14' and received a 10' which I only noticed while camping. The bag was labeled as 14' so I assumed it was correct. Customer support was unhelpful; next time I’ll choose a heavy-duty tarp from another supplier.

Received wrong size twice, company fixed it
I ordered a larger footprint but got a smaller tarp inside the bag both times. Bag labeling was inconsistent. UPDATE: I contacted Teton and they acknowledged the issue and shipped the correct footprint free from their warehouse.
