24 Plantable Seed-Paper Thank-You Tags — 4 Floral Designs
Product description
Handmade seed-paper gift tags, each embedded with a premium wildflower seed blend so the tag becomes a tiny garden when planted. Use them to dress up presents now and later place the tag in soil to grow real flowers.
This bundle contains 24 plantable tags total, featuring four distinct floral illustrations with six of each design. Every tag measures approximately 2.5 x 3.4 inches, and the pack comes with one simple planting guide to help recipients get started.
The front surface is suitable for ink, allowing you to write names, short notes, or dates before attaching the tag to favor bags, treat boxes, bouquets, or wrapped gifts. These are intended for events such as birthdays, baby and bridal showers, weddings, Mother’s Day, classroom projects, and other milestone gatherings.
They are meant to be an enduring gesture: once planted the paper decomposes and the embedded seeds sprout into blooms, offering a living reminder of the occasion. The tags are crafted to be accessible to novices while still appealing to experienced gardeners.
Planting is straightforward: place the seed paper on soil in a garden bed, container, or planter and cover lightly. Suitable for USDA zones 3–9, some varieties may emerge within a week while others can take up to six weeks depending on conditions.
For the best results pair the tags with basic supplies like a watering can, potting mix, or seed starter tray. With regular moisture and light, these paper tags turn into a colorful, long-lasting token of appreciation.

Lovely favor tags
Stylish and colorful — I received many compliments. Several guests said they planned to plant them to watch the flowers appear; the cutouts and bright hues looked great.

Sweet and unique card addition
Adorable — I haven’t planted mine yet but I tuck them into cards all the time. My daughter’s apartment manager received one and told me it didn’t smell odd like another brand I tried, and she liked it.

Appreciated at a difficult time
Used these as farewell keepsakes at my mom’s funeral. Guests took them all, so I can’t say whether they all grew, but they were well received.
