What you receive: a single transparent acrylic seating chart board and a set of 15 printed seating cards plus 15 adhesive gold seal stickers — everything needed to present guest assignments without sourcing extras. Templates arrive ready to use with botanical flourishes so you can place cards and seals straight away.

Dimensions and layout: the main board measures 24" x 18" x 0.12" (60 x 45 x 0.3 cm), while each seating card is 4" x 6" (10 x 15 cm). Gold foil seals are approximately 1.18" in diameter. These proportions are designed for clear legibility from a short distance and for tidy arrangement of multiple cards on the panel. Buyers should verify measurements to ensure the size fits their venue and transport needs.

Materials and durability: crafted from high-grade acrylic treated to resist scratches and slow yellowing, the panel maintains long-term clarity. The transparent surface provides a minimalist backdrop for the white and gold accents, and the included gold sealing stickers add a metallic contrast for an upscale look.

How it’s used: peel-and-stick gold seals secure the printed seating cards directly to the acrylic face, creating a neat, grid-like display. The board’s smooth surface accepts standard dry-erase markers, and a protective film is applied during shipping to prevent scuffs prior to setup. Assembly is straightforward and fast, making it practical for venue setups and destination events.

Occasions: while ideal for weddings and receptions, the clear chart board adapts well to engagements, vow renewals, bridal showers, graduations, and other formal gatherings. Its transparent canvas and gold accents balance function with decorative appeal, and the complete kit transforms seating logistics into an elegant presentation.
