De'Longhi Classic Signature Espresso Machine — Compact Home Espresso
Product description
This compact Italian-style espresso machine features a brushed stainless-steel housing, a 15-bar professional pump for proper extraction and Thermoblock heating to reach brewing temperature quickly and keep it stable. A visual pressure gauge on the front provides a live readout during extraction so you can monitor pressure in real time. Brewing is handled through a removable portafilter that accepts single or double filter baskets and works with ground coffee (no built-in grinder). The unit also offers programmable one-touch single and double espresso presets so you can start a shot at the push of a button.
Milk texturing is done with an adjustable steam wand that has multiple settings to produce everything from gently warmed milk to dense microfoam for latte art. The drip tray includes a double-height insert so you can fit small espresso cups or taller latte glasses. The machine comes with the portafilter and filter baskets, a steam wand, and a removable water tank for easy filling and cleaning. Controls are straightforward and parts that come into contact with coffee and milk are removable for rinsing, though some internal components use durable plastic alongside stainless-steel elements.

Increíble
Es preciosa y me encanta. Consejo: cambien el portafiltro, usen puck screen y un descalcificador para cuidar mejor la máquina desde el primer día.

Good starter machine for espresso and milk drinks
An entry-level machine with a stainless body and pressure gauge that outperforms some rivals. The adjustable frother warms milk or creates velvety foam. Remember it’s focused on espresso and café drinks, not full-size drip coffee. The removable water tank is easy to refill and clean.

One month of daily use — dependable performer
After a month and three drinks a day, it’s been reliable. It uses ground coffee (no grinder), and the portafilter is easy to load and remove. I use the double shot preset most mornings. Heat-up is very quick and the shots produce a rich flavor and attractive crema. The pressure gauge is handy for monitoring extraction. The adjustable frother works, though I’m still dialing in milk texture. Removable parts are simple to rinse and maintain.

Punches above its size
After downsizing from a much larger machine, this compact unit surprised me. It consistently produces espresso with a good crema and fits small kitchens. It even accepts 44mm pods for extra convenience.

Perfect way to begin espresso at home
Arrived on schedule and well packaged. Setup was effortless and the manual is clear. Everything worked as described — quality feels strong for the tier and morning espresso has been consistently good.

Entry-level but capable
My first machine and it performs nicely. I found about 14.5 g in the double basket gives great crema — more than that was too much. Good size for small kitchens or an RV.

Quality didn’t meet expectations
I returned it quickly. Felt flimsier than my older De'Longhi, shots were inconsistent and temperatures didn’t stay as hot as I’d like. Not the finish I expected.

Great overall — minor portafilter gripe
This was my first espresso machine and it’s been delightful — compact, light, and easy to set up. Brews quickly with excellent flavor. My only complaint is the portafilter has plastic interior components; I’d prefer stainless and plan to replace it.
