HOMLAND Foldable Rollator Walker with Seat — 17 lb All‑Terrain Walker
Product description
Durable, foldable frame
The walker uses a reinforced aluminum alloy chassis with dual support bars and is rated for users up to 350 pounds. The complete unit weighs around 17.6 pounds and locks into a compact folded position in seconds for easy lifting into a car or trunk.
Comfort and ergonomics
A widened, breathable backrest eases pressure on the lower back, and the extra‑wide memory foam seat lets users rest comfortably. Contoured, ergonomic hand grips provide a secure hold during use.
Mobility and adjustability
Large 8‑inch premium rubber wheels are designed to roll smoothly over indoor floors and uneven outdoor surfaces. Handle height adjusts to fit users roughly between 4'7" and 6'6"; handle posts can be set between 33" and 40" and the seat height is adjustable from about 20" to 23" to achieve a personalized fit.
Convenience features
The rollator includes a removable cup holder, a spacious storage pouch beneath the seat, push‑up brakes and push‑down parking locks for stopping and securing the unit. Reflective strips increase visibility for low‑light conditions.
Support and warranty
The metal frame is covered by a lifetime warranty, and non‑metal components carry a one‑year warranty with an available one‑year extension. The manufacturer supplies an instruction manual, installation videos, and US‑based customer support for setup and service.

Stable ride without vibration
After trying several options, this model was the most stable — thick rubber wheels prevent vibration on concrete. Folding is simple and it’s lighter than some alternatives. The padded, deep seat opens to give easy access to a strong storage compartment hung on two poles rather than a single center hinge.

Good quality and rolling nicely
Just assembled mine; instructions were weak but I managed to piece it together. Parts feel solid and it glides well. It folds easily but not into a very compact bundle. So far, very satisfied.

Manageable assembly for seniors
Took me almost two hours to put together at age 81, but it was doable alone. My 89‑year‑old husband enjoys using it for longer walks and crossing parking lots. Very sturdy and easy to steer. His portable oxygen tank fits under the seat — a key reason we chose one with a seat.

Very pleased with this rollator
Well built and attractive, this rollator turns smoothly and is easy to use at home. The padded seat, supportive backrest and roomy storage pouch are great, and the expandable cup holder holds bottles securely. Brakes and thumb rest handles feel solid. I loved the champagne finish. Assembly proved tricky due to mislabeled parts that swapped the handles, and the box looked like it had been taped multiple times. A family member fixed it the next day.

Excellent service and a practical walker
My wife’s first rollator; it’s well made and fits in our car easily. The original backrest felt too narrow and low, so I contacted customer support. Isabella handled our request and sent a wider backrest at no extra charge. Great service and a durable product — highly recommended.

Best walker I've used
This made a real difference — lightweight and quiet with larger tyres that roll over cracked paths without much bumping. At 6 ft tall, the higher adjustment helps me stay upright. I plan to buy another in a few years.

Worth every penny if you need one
Honestly, had I known such a stable rollator was so affordable, I would never have bought a cheap frame earlier. After thirty minutes of assembly it’s perfect for me. At my weight of 150 kg it remains very solid. I can only recommend it.

Reliable walker with great support
Very stable and nicely finished. The seat is comfortable and sturdy. When a front wheel didn’t swivel smoothly, customer support acted fast — Isabella sent a replacement wheel within days and it solved the issue. Excellent service and product.

All‑terrain and well equipped
Quick to assemble and very solid. The all‑terrain wheels handle uneven sidewalks and the hand brakes are effective. Folds for storage, offers good seat support and ample storage. Helped me regain stability after spine surgery.

Great for my elderly parent
Bought this for an elderly family member and the build and stability are excellent. Assembly was straightforward. Brakes are easy to operate, the seat provides short rests, and the storage is handy. It folds for transport though it's bulkier than some ultra‑light models; the trade‑off in stability is worth it.

Sturdy, straightforward and freeing
Clear instructions and well‑labeled parts made assembly quick. It rolls and steers easily, and the brakes and parking lock work reliably. The large storage holds more than I expected and the adjustable height allowed a perfect fit. This walker let me get outside again.
