   Feels different than earlier batches

   Quality seems to have slipped — this one is less firm than previous pillows I bought and my neck ended up soreness. This will be my last purchase from this line unless things improve.

   Handy for leg elevation after surgery

   I used two of these to prop my legs after operations. They were easy to position, stayed put, and provided firm elevation. They worked reliably through two procedures and I’d recommend them for that use.

   Truly impressive — exceeded my doubts

   I was hesitant to try a lower-cost memory foam pillow, but this one surprised me. It cradles my neck without being too soft, giving a good mix of support and comfort. I woke without my usual neck ache and I plan to buy extras. The cooling side actually helps. Highly recommended.

   Very comfortable — nice balance

   These are comfortable and sit between soft and firm. Flip to the cooling side to reduce warmth, and they don’t seem to trap heat. The only minor annoyance is they can shift inside some pillowcases, but I still plan to buy more.

   Great for camping and travel

   Compact enough to pack for campouts and comfortable on the go. I usually add a jacket underneath for extra loft since I prefer more height, but once it fully unfurls it keeps a nice shape and helps me sleep well outdoors.

   Expands with a little heat — worth trying first

   Don’t panic if it seems slow to expand from the vacuum bag; a few gentle dryer cycles on low helped mine fully open. The foam is slightly firmer than some I’ve tried, which I like. The cover feels almost silky and the initial odor was faint and faded quickly. I docked one star only because the naked foam looks a bit rough when unwrapped.

   Good product

   Very firm — not for soft-pillow sleepers

   These pillows are quite firm and have a distinctive blue-and-white printed cover fabric. The foam has ventilation holes that do help keep things cooler. I developed neck soreness, but my granddaughter and dog adore them. Zippered cases help contain the tight fit; for traditional open-ended cases, try a larger size.

   Very comfortable to sleep on

   I loved this pillow — I’d been searching for something to improve my sleep posture and this helped a lot. It’s supportive and comfortable throughout the night.

    Bought for sitting support after injuries

    I didn’t buy this for sleeping — I sit on it to ease tailbone pain after multiple fractures and recent falls. It pairs well with other wedges and cushions, helping reduce pressure while seated. It’s firm enough to stay in place and has been useful during recovery.
