Product description

This single-pack includes one BBWSG-19 ceramic BBW cup with the gas-lens diffuser pre-installed, plus a spare gas-lens diffuser/screen. The cup is a full ceramic construction and is intended to thread onto a 45V44 gas lens when used with 9 or 20 series torches. Users of 17, 18 or 26 series torches will need the separate adapter kit to mate this cup.

The BBWSG-19 is an updated version of the earlier BBW ceramic cup. The redesign concentrates the argon flow into a more forceful, compact blast while retaining the diffuser concept from the original model. Internal geometry has been refined to improve shielding performance and arc stability compared with the prior release.

Recommended for DC TIG applications using 3/32" tungsten, this cup achieves optimal results with approximately 30 cubic feet per hour of argon. Practical tips: keep the tungsten tip clean, initiate the arc at a lower amperage and then ramp to your working current, and inspect the diffuser/screen if the arc wanders. When replacing the screen, ensure it seals against the cup wall and maintain the original screen shape to avoid performance issues.
