Caraway Ceramic-Coated Nonstick 1 lb Loaf Pan
Product description
What’s included: a single 1 lb loaf pan sized for standard pound cakes, banana breads and similar recipes. The pan carries the brand’s ceramic-based nonstick finish and is sold as a single-piece baking vessel.
Materials and safety: The interior is a slick ceramic-style nonstick coating formulated without PTFE, PFOA, PFAS, lead or cadmium, intended to reduce sticking without introducing hazardous materials into food. The pan is ceramic-coated for release and ease of cleaning.
Size and temperature: This loaf pan is specified as a 1 lb capacity model suitable for small to medium loaves. It is rated for oven use up to 550°F, allowing for a wide range of baking temperatures.
Use and care: Minimal preparation is required before baking thanks to the nonstick surface, though some recipes still call for a light greasing. After use, the manufacturer recommends hand washing to maintain the coating and avoid abrasive scrubbing. To preserve the finish, avoid metal utensils and store the pan carefully.
Performance notes: The pan is lightweight and designed to heat evenly for consistent crumb and rise. While the interior release is engineered to be effortless, the exterior finish and coating benefit from gentle handling and proper care over time.
Pros
- Ceramic nonstick coating free of PTFE/PFOA/PFAS
- Safe up to 550°F for versatile baking

VerdictThis 1 lb ceramic-coated loaf pan delivers reliable nonstick performance with a toxin-free surface and high oven tolerance. It’s lightweight, attractive, and simplifies cleanup, though it requires hand washing and gentle handling to keep the exterior finish looking new.

Great purchase
I really like this pan. It cleans easily even when there's some browning. Just handle it with care to avoid damaging the finish.

Love my Caraway pan
I own several items from this brand. Made banana bread in the new loaf pan and it turned out great. They cost a bit more but I think they’re worth the cost and I'll keep buying their products.

Pricey but healthy option
It’s on the expensive side, but I appreciate the healthier non-toxic coating and overall performance.

Satisfied regular user, not sponsored
After a quick rinse I tried batter right away and was impressed. I later added other pieces from this line and enjoy how clean they look after washing. Heat is distributed evenly and handles stay cooler than expected. I even received some wooden utensils and liked those, too.

Huge fan of these pans
I like knowing no questionable chemicals are in contact with our food. The loaf pans bake evenly, feel light, and haven't discolored. I bought two colors and am pleased with the value for what the brand offers.

Exterior paint flaking
The pan bakes beautifully and nothing sticks, yet small chips have begun flaking from the outside finish. I use it weekly and treat it gently, so I expected the coating to hold up better.

No regrets switching
I wanted a toxin-free loaf pan and found this one when my first choice wasn't available. I was worried the smaller interior would yield gummy loaves, but my first bake rose beautifully and came out perfectly—my concerns disappeared.

Excellent release and light weight
Arrived well packaged. I hand-washed it, baked a whole wheat loaf and nothing stuck. After a short cool-down I inverted the pan and the loaf slid out cleanly. I lightly greased it for the final rise out of habit, but the nonstick worked well. It’s lightweight and seems well made—no metal utensils to preserve the coating, and I’ll continue hand washing.
