Record-Ruled 300-Page Account Ledger — Blue Canvas, 7-5/8" x 12-1/8"
Product description
This record-ruled account book offers 35 lines per page across 300 consecutively numbered pages, making it suitable for ledgers, logs, and long-form note keeping. The volume includes a placemarking ribbon and a printed table of contents to help you locate entries quickly.
Constructed with Smyth-sewn binding—the same method used for durable library and fine books—this ledger opens flat for easy writing and reading across the gutter. The sewn-in sheets prevent loose pages and provide a clear indication if a page has been removed or tampered with, protecting the integrity of your records.
The cover is finished in blue canvas bearing the Record title and each book is individually film wrapped to protect it during storage and transport. Pages are made from premium, acid-free paper printed with permanent, moisture-resistant ink for longevity. Physical size: 7-5/8" x 12-1/8". Made in China.
Pros
- Smyth-sewn binding that lies flat
- 300 numbered pages with ribbon and contents
- Acid-free paper with moisture-resistant ink
Cons
- Larger footprint than a pocket notebook
- Higher cost than basic spiral pads
- Canvas cover shows wear over heavy use
VerdictThis is a robust, traditional ledger intended for long-term record keeping. The Smyth-sewn spine and sewn-in leaves keep pages secure and reveal tampering, while the flat-opening construction makes margin-to-margin writing easy. It’s well suited for accounting, workshop logs, memory books or office reference volumes when a durable, archival-style book is needed.

Would buy again
Did the job for my work needs — arrived in good condition and functions exactly as expected on the job.

Durable in a workshop
Heavy-duty and tolerates oil and chips. I used these to log jobs and machine status; pages stay put and the book handles shop conditions better than a phone.

Someone else left a note
Nice book, but the copy I received already had page 69 filled with someone’s inventory entries.

My go-to work reference
I liked it so much I bought extras for coworkers. Attractive and sturdy, I add tabs and reserve it for key notes while using another notebook for daily scribbles.

Perfect for a retirement memory book
I searched widely for this ledger and it worked perfectly as a guestbook — coworkers added photos and notes for a retirement gift.

Encourages tidy bookkeeping
I keep accounts the traditional way here. The layout prompts neat entries, opens flat without hiding the center, and supports running totals across both sides.
