Sailnovo 56-Egg Incubator (Gray) with Automatic Turner & Humidifier
Product description
Capacity and accessories
This incubator is designed to hold up to 56 standard-size eggs and comes with everything needed to get started: the main incubator unit, a styrofoam insert, a water bottle and watering can, four small poultry feeders, a tube assembly (three long tubes and four short tubes), a step-by-step user manual, a tracking / calendar card for records, and a cleaning brush.
Construction and dimensions
The outer cover is a transparent ABS plastic for easy observation during incubation. The footprint of the unit is 18.7" x 16.1" x 6.3", giving a large, compartmented brooding area and adjustable egg trays so you can fit a variety of egg sizes (chicken, duck, goose, quail, pigeon, turkey).
Temperature, humidity and controls
Heated by advanced warming elements and circulated by a motor-driven fan, the incubator maintains a stable internal climate. Humidity is handled with an external water-supply system plus automatic humidification to reduce swings when the lid is opened. The digital LED display shows temperature, humidity, incubation days and an egg-turn countdown. Controls allow you to mute alarms temporarily (30 minutes) or disable them for dry incubation methods.
Turning, candling and hatch management
A built-in egg turner rotates eggs automatically every two hours and stops turning three days before expected hatch to allow lockdown. An integrated LED candler helps you view embryo development without removing eggs. A countdown timer helps you monitor turning intervals.
Visibility, cleaning and post-hatch use
The clear top makes this model useful for classrooms or production settings where watching the process is valuable. The bottom section is designed for easier cleaning and, once chicks hatch, the unit can serve as a warm recovery area for hatchlings.
Warranty and important notes
The incubator ships factory-calibrated with precision thermometers and is backed by a 12-month warranty and a 30-day return policy. Read the instruction manual before use: only use fertilized eggs, do not refrigerate or wash fertilized eggs, and place the pointed end of each egg toward the water tank while allowing clearance from card strips to reduce rotation resistance. Spacious and reliable for lots of eggs
At first I worried about even turning in such a large tray, but it worked great. I've hatched over 100 chicks and quail. The counter tracks days and the turner stops at lockdown automatically. Cleanup is simple and loading eggs is straightforward. Adjustable dividers keep chicks from falling out.

Easy setup and dependable controls
Simple to set up and the instructions are clear. Temperature and moisture are easy to manage and the digital controls are intuitive. Worked well for my hatches.

Great size for quail and easy to clean
Perfect for scaling up to quail eggs — temperature and humidity stay steady. The internal light helps candling and the auto-turn every two hours is a convenience. It’s a bit noisy when pulling water but it’s solidly built and disassembles for cleaning.

Arrived faulty and hard to return
Mine arrived beeping and wouldn’t run despite following setup steps. Return was approved but the cost to ship it back was nearly the purchase cost, so I kept a non-working unit. Very disappointing — gave one star.

A clear upgrade from smaller models
Upgrading from a 24-egg unit was worth it. This incubator is truly ‘set and forget’ with adjustable hatch days and a three-day lockdown. Temperature and humidity readings matched my external thermometers closely. Much easier to clean than my old knockoff model.

Water bottle needs a sealed cap to work right
Functionally fine, but the water hose setup pulls air instead of water because the bottle lacks a proper lid seal. I had to syringe water in occasionally. If you can watch it, it performs well, but it's not fully hands-off without a fix.

Very high hatch rate and steady temps
I hatched 42 chicks from 52 eggs (about 80%). The unit maintained temperature during a 4-hour outage, staying above 85°F, and humidity is easy to manage — fill the bottle and it runs until the next refill. Quieter than expected and very sturdy with lots of room for hatchlings. Tip: tape the lower bay doors after hatch to avoid humidity loss.

Works well but plastic lid can warp
I like watching the hatches, but the clear plastic lid bowed at corners when heating and broke the seal, letting cold air in. I taped corners to retain heat, but I lost a couple of eggs when I wasn’t home. A locking top would improve reliability.
