Candy Land: Bluey Edition — Preschool Family Board Game
Product description
This themed Candy Land set adapts the classic children’s race game to the Bluey universe. Included in the box are a foldable, illustrated gameboard, a deck of colored travel cards plus special action cards (Dance Mode), and six cardboard character movers representing members of Bluey’s family and friends. The movers are printed on thick card stock and slot into bases for standing play.
Players aged 3 and up draw a card and advance to the next matching color or treat space along the winding path. Special cards trigger playful events: Dance Mode asks everyone to dance, while landing on a Magic Xylophone space lets a player freeze another participant briefly. The board features fan-favorite scenes such as Shadowlands and Rug Island to spark imaginative moments.
Designed for short sessions and group play, this edition supports multiple players and is useful for introducing preschoolers to turn-based play, color recognition, and taking turns. The board folds for storage, and the components are made for repeated family use. Bluey and related marks are used under licence from the rights holders.

VerdictThis edition keeps the familiar Candy Land mechanics while dressing the path in Bluey locations and characters. Does exactly what it promises
My 6-year-old has fun with it. She plays now and then and usually ends up winning.

Ideal first board game for a toddler
My 3-year-old granddaughter is obsessed with Bluey, so this was perfect as her first real board game. Games finish in about 20 minutes, which holds attention well. It teaches colors and simple counting as players follow card colors along the track. The foldable board and cardboard characters are fairly robust for repeated play. A solid intro to board games.

Awkward piece proportions
Fun idea, but the character movers are a bit oversized and top-heavy for the small spaces on the board.

Box arrived damaged due to soft packaging
The game itself is great and my son loves it, but the outer packaging was too flexible. The game box arrived bent and dented; sturdier shipping would help.

Great step toward more structured play
This is a gentle bridge from freeplay into rule-driven games. It teaches waiting your turn, moving around a track, coping with setbacks, and celebrating wins. Rules mirror classic Candy Land but with Bluey characters. Age 3+ works, though very young three-year-olds may need an adult to guide them at first.

Perfect stocking stuffer for quiet time
I was excited to add this to our holiday pile and the kids loved it. The Bluey artwork is delightful and it kept little ones settled longer than usual. Simple rules make it ideal for 3-year-olds and the familiar Candy Land flow with added Bluey moments is cozy and low-stress.
